BARDOWN SOCCER TOURNAMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These are the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing your participation in the Bardown Soccer Tournament ("Tournament"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant", "you") and the Tournament Organizer ("Organizer", "we", "us", "our").

1.2 By registering for the Tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for the Tournament.

1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

2.1 The registration fee for the Tournament is non-refundable. Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, the Participant's withdrawal or dismissal from the Tournament, the cancellation or rescheduling of the Tournament, or any other reason.

2.2 The Participant acknowledges that all costs associated with participating in the Tournament, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

1. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

3.1 The Participant assumes all risks associated with participating in the Tournament, including but not limited to, the risk of physical injury, death, property damage, and all other foreseeable and unforeseeable risks.

3.2 The Organizer, its agents, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of god, accident, delay, or any direct, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including without limitation lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, that arise out of or is in any way connected with the Participant's participation in the Tournament, or the actions of any other participants, spectators, or third parties during the Tournament.

1. INDEMNIFICATION

4.1 The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its agents, employees, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise directly or indirectly out of or from the Participant's participation in the Tournament or any breach of these Terms by the Participant.

1. GOVERNING LAW

5.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Tournament takes place.

1. SEVERABILITY

6.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

7.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the Organizer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating thereto.

By registering for the Tournament, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
